Individual Rights Requests
Under the GDPR, data subjects have increased rights over their personal data. This means that staff, customers, suppliers, or anyone that you may hold personal data about has a range of options and a level of flexibility in how you process the data you hold about them. These rights include:

You will need to act quickly if you receive one of these requests – the clock starts ticking from the moment they are received, and you usually only have one month to respond.
